We want you to know that our staff is trained to fulfill orders as soon as they come in to our office. This means they have almost every order out the door within 1 business day and its not unusual to have them get it in the mail that very same day.
For domestic orders it will arrive in around 3 to 4 business days... for international it is usually 7 to 10 business days but it ultimately depends on how quick your customs can process it, how efficient your postal system operates, and how populated of an area you live in.
International Customers:
Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure you comply with all of your government's laws regarding importing products. Plus, you are responsible for any customs and brokers fees that may apply to ship to your address.
Shipping Example:
In most situations if you purchase on Monday and pay for USPS Express Mail the order will be fulfilled that day and it will arrive at your location by Tuesday (for most cities). If you must have it the next day you must call us at (800) 918-5390 and using Fed Ex Overnight is strongly suggested.
NOTE: We also ship Fed Ex Priority Overnight (by 10:30 AM, later for rural areas - No Saturday Delivery) via our own account only, no exceptions. The cutoff for same day processing is 3:00 P.M. (ET).
